A quick look back at our 2023 harvest

We had a magnificent harvest with exceptionally hot and dry weather.
We began on August 31 with our early-ripening varieties (Sauvignon and Sémillon) and finished on October 4 with the Carignan.
Work in the cellar continues as we wrap up the winemaking process.
On October 26, all fermentations were complete.
The reds have been devatted, with the exception of the Cabernet Sauvignon, which we will leave to macerate for a longer period—the exact duration is still undetermined and will be assessed through regular tastings (perhaps 45, 60, or 80 days?).
Now it’s time for blending, so we can present the whites and rosés to you in early 2024.
This new vintage should be an exceptional one!
