A look back at our 2023 harvest
We had a magnificent harvest in exceptionally hot, dry weather.
The harvest began on August 31 with our early grape varieties (Sauvignon and Sémillon) and ended on October 4 with the Carignan.
Work continues in the cellar to complete vinification.
By October 26, all fermentations were complete.
The reds have been racked, with the exception of the Cabernet Sauvignon, which we will leave to macerate for an undetermined length of time (perhaps 45, 60, 80 days?).
Now it's time for the blends, to bring you the whites and rosés in early 2024.
This new vintage should be an exceptional one!
Guillaume, your site is an enormous pleasure to read.
